Innovating the Pathways for Cultivating the Spirit of Responsibility among Youth Students in the New Era and New Journey

AbstractIn the new era and new journey, young students should bravely become pioneers in their careers, pioneers in building a strong country, and pillars of rejuvenation. At present, the cultivation of young students' sense of responsibility faces some practical difficulties,including arelatively singlecultivation approach andalackof diversity; The cultivation processemphasizes formalityand lacks inspiration; The cultivation content is notclose to reality and lacks practicality;Thecultivation effect is not obvious enough,and subjectivity is notemphasized.Faced with the dilemma ofcultivating the spirit of responsibility among young students,universities should take Xi Jinping's Youth Concept as guidance，construct a new pattrnof thre-dimensional cultivation，highlight organization，stimulate subjectivity,and construct adaptability; Simultaneously building a new mechanism for cultivating "multimodal" education,exploring interactive practical education,heuristic experiential education,extended classroom asistance education,and immersive online education.
