Study on the Design Idea of Major Diversion Scheme under the Background of College Enrollment

AbstractThe paper focuses on the designofthe major diversion scheme under the background ofcollge enrollment, and puts forward the design idea of "3, 3,13 and 3" scheme. That is, the "three degrees" should be considered before the formulation of major diversion scheme;the "three principles";then the "thirteen keycore elements"should be included in the design of major diversionscheme;and finally,the "three" changes proposed forthe future planning of professional diversion work. This study hopes to provide reference and basis for educational decision makers and university administrators to formulate and adjust major diversion scheme,soas to guide universities tocarry out major diversion work in a more scientific and standardized way.
