Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Continuing Medical Education for Health Technicians in Public Third Class Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

AbstractObjective： To analyze the current situation ofcontinuing medicaleducation for health technicians， explore the problems and deficiencies in current continuing education and training，and propose solutions to improve the comprehensive qualityofhealth professonals.Method：The article used an online survey to design a questionnaire and randomly selected 146 health professonals from public tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals for the survey. Result： There is a demandforvarious types ofhealth professionals to participate incontinuing medicaleducation， with the majority being intermediateand juniorlevelhealth technicians，and mostofthemhaveabachelor's degree orabove; The content of continuing medical education and training is basically related to the practical experience of health technicians，and is aimed at improving their professonal and technical level. Conclusion： By enhancing cognitionand strengthening the emphasis and supportforcontinuing education; Emphasizethecultivation of practical and scientific research abilities; Timely update and dynamically adjust training content; Provide personalized training programs tailored to local conditions; Integrate resources，share data，etc.to strengthen continuing medical education.
