AbstractInthecontext of globalization,cross-cultural managementskilshave become essentialqualities forbusiness profesionals.Thisstudyfocuses onbusinesseducation,analyzing thecompatibilitybetweencross-cultural management skills trainingand businesseducation goals,currculum systems,teaching methods,and international development. Practical strategiesare proposed fromthe perspectives of nicheculture research,dynamic feedback mechanisms,inter schoolcommunicationandcooperation,andcultivating students'culturalreflectionawarenessandself-learningability The aim is to enhance students' cross-cultural management skils, better adaptto the global business environment,and provide useful references for business education reformand talent cultivation.
