AbstractIn orderto deepen the organic integration of engineering education and industrydemand,and improve the comprehensive enginering talent training system,this article analyzes the problems existing in the traditionalteaching mode of safety laws and regulations courses based on engineering education certification. It proposes a threedimensional teaching reform strategyof "situation collaboration empowerment" driven by AI technology to enhance students'legal knowledge structuring level, engineering ethics decision-making ability,and complex problem solving ability,and accurately match graduationrequirements indicators suchas professional norms,teamcollaboration,and systematic thinking in engineering education certification.This study provides an innovative practical path for the teaching of safety engineering courses,helping to cultivate high-quality talents who possess both legal literacy and engineeringpractical abilities.
