Research on the Development of Integrated Courses for Preschool Pedagogy in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of "Post-Course-Competition-Certificate" Comprehensive Education

AbstractUnder the trendof "quality-oriented" education reform,thecomprehensive education modelof"postcourse competitioncertificate"is anew teaching mode thatconforms to thechanges intalentcultivation standards in thenew era and meets the high-quality development needs of vocational collge students.As one of the fundamentalcourses in the preschol educationmajorofvocationalcollges,thepreschooleducationcourse effectivelyimplements thecomprehensive education concept of "post course competition certification". It needs to reconstruct the currculum system through measures such as seting courses based on jobpositions,promoting abilities through competitions,and bidding basedon certification,inorder toprovideguarantees forcultivating students'innovativethinkingability,problem-solvingability and employment competitiveness.

“崗課賽證”綜合育人指以學(xué)生為主體,從崗位實(shí)踐、課堂學(xué)習(xí)、職業(yè)比賽和證書認(rèn)證四個(gè)維度,把學(xué)生的已有認(rèn)知、能力與具體的崗位需求進(jìn)行對(duì)接,推動(dòng)學(xué)生通過(guò)專業(yè)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目和職業(yè)比賽,獲取相關(guān)的能力認(rèn)證證書的教育模式。(剩余4711字)
