Model of Training Objectives for New Engineering Talents under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractThe coreelement of new quality productivity is technological innovation,and cultivating new engineering talents for technological innovation is a strategic measure to developnew quality productivity.The cultivation of new engineering talents involves students,universities andenterprises.The demands ofeach entityfor talent cultivation are dynamic,and the demand information between them is stronglycorrelated.Traditional talent cultivationgoal setting is diffcultoreflectreal-timedynamicdemands.Therefore,applyingartificial intellgencetechnologytotheentire education and teaching chain,researching data-driven modeling methods for the training objectives of new engineering talents, andconstructingan intellgent modelforthe training objectives of new enginering talents under the background of new quality productivitycan asist in completing a closed-loop training systemof student university enterprisecollaboration, providing strong support for cultivating new engineering talents with innovative capabilities and practical skills.
