Research on Strategies for Improving the Self-Efficacy of League and Student Cadres in Vocational Colleges

AbstractSelf-ffcacy refers to a person's subjective judgment of whether they can successfully carry out a certain achievement behavior.Itisanindividual's judgmentandbelief in theirabilitytoorganize，execute actions，andachieve goals.Itis aperson'sconfidenceand sense ofabilityto implementa certai behavior.Itis worth noting that youth league cadres generallyrefertostudentcadresin thecollege youth league commiteeandstudentunion.Theycarryoutstudent work under the guidance of the colege youth league and are an important part ofcollege student management.This study takes 1O youth league cadres from a vocational colege in Shaanxi Province as an example. Through field investigationsand in-depth interviews withtheresearch subjects，theproblems existing intheyouth leaguecadres were discovered，andtargeted practical paths were proposed to provide experience andreference for promoting thecultivation of youth league cadres in universities.
