AbstractBasedontheOutcome-Based Education(OBE) concept,this studyexplores theintegration pathof virtual simulation technologyand the teachingof the "E-GovernmentandE-Administration"course.By analyzing the compatibilityofthetwoineducationalobjectives,leamingprocesses,andevaluationfeedback,astudent-centeredand outcome-orientedpracticaltachingmodelisconstructed.Theresearchdesignsthre majortachingmodules: govermmentprocess simulation,policydecision-makingsimulation,andemergencymanagementdrils,doptingaful-processogation planandadiversifiedevaluationsystem.Practices showthatthis modelcaneffectively enhance students'capabilities in e-administrationoperations,decisionanalysis,andteamcollaborationwhilepromotingthedevelopmentofpublicservice responsibilityand innovative thinking,providing strongsupportforcultivating digital govemmentafairs talents.
