AbstractTalents are the primary resource forbuilding a socialist modermized strong countrycomprehensively，and are crucial for the high-quality development of higher education with connotation.The article proposes a top-notch talent cultivation system under the guidance of ideological and political education，focusing on the shortcomings inthe training of engineering management profesionals.Itemphasizes theconcept of "ideological and politicaleducation"，deres to the integration of industryandeducation，scienceand education，and theoretical practice，deepens school enterprise cooperation，and forms a positive interaction between education and industry. The article constructs a comprehensive ideological and political education system， integrating the concept of "three synergies and three integrations" into ideologicaland political education，andexploringanewtalentcultivationmodel withChinesecharacteristicsandfirstclass engineering management majors.
