摘要 文章基于“績效管理”課程性質(zhì)、教學(xué)特點(diǎn),從課程分析、教學(xué)內(nèi)容開發(fā)、思政元素發(fā)掘、教學(xué)方法選擇、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)等角度,設(shè)計(jì)了學(xué)科內(nèi)容與思政元素理論融合、實(shí)踐融合的路徑,以期為人力資源管理專業(yè)其他課程開展課程思政提供參考。

AbstractBased on the nature and teaching characteristics of "performance management" course,this paper designs the path of theoretical and practical integration of subject content and ideological and political elements from the perspectives of course analysis,teaching content development,ideological and political elements exploration,teaching method selection and teaching evaluation,in order to provide reference for other courses of human resources management to develop curriculum ideology and politics.
