OBE教育理念下社會(huì)工作專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)教育的思考

摘要 社會(huì)工作專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)教育已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)工作專業(yè)教育的重要組成部分，旨在促進(jìn)學(xué)生在專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、知識(shí)技能、實(shí)踐反思與行動(dòng)研究等層面均得到深化與提升。文章圍繞如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)工作核心能力，基于OBE教育理念從人才培養(yǎng)、課程架構(gòu)、師資團(tuán)隊(duì)、外部環(huán)境與實(shí)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)這五個(gè)維度探索本土社會(huì)工作專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)教育體系。

Reflections on Practical Education of Social Work Major under the Concept of OBE Education

AbstractSocial work practice education has become an important part of social work education，which aims to promote students' professional quality，knowledge and skills，practical reflection and action research. Focusing on how to cultivate students' core competence in social work，this paper explores the internship education system of local social work majors from the five dimensions of talent training，curriculum structure，teacher team，external environment and internship evaluation based on OBE education concept.

自20世紀(jì)80年代末以來，中國(guó)社會(huì)工作專業(yè)教育歷經(jīng)30余年的發(fā)展，在學(xué)科建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍、課程體系、人才培養(yǎng)等方面取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的成就與進(jìn)展，但還存在一些薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，其中社會(huì)工作專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)教育就是一個(gè)值得探索的重要課題。（剩余4396字）
