Abstract："Humanbeingsaretheproductsoflabor".Basedonthenewera，inordertocultivatesocialistbuildersand successorswithcomprehensivedevelopmentofmorality，iteligence，physicalfitness，aesthetics，andlabor，ehancingthebility oflabortoeducatepeoplehasbecomeanimportanttopicforthedevelopmentofhighereducation.However，therearestil prominentproblemsincurent laboreducationinuniversities，suchasthecontinuousweakeningofconcepts，monotonousand scarcecarrersincompletesystems，andalackofcondensedexperience.Inthisegard，universitiesshouldclarfythepositionof laboreducationconsolidatethejointefortsofteachersandstudentsineducation，creatediversepracticalcarrrs，refie systematicscientific mechanisms，and promote thespiral development of labor education capabilities inuniversities.
