Abstract：Atpresent，therearesomeproblemsinthedevelopmentofChineselanguageandliteratureinlocaluniversities. Manypeoplelackcorrectunderstandingofitstargetpositioning.Teachers'teachingmethodsaretraditionalandsingle.Students professionalcoreaccomplishment，aplicationabilityandpracticalinnovationabilityareotoutstanding.Inviewofthissituation， thispaperanalyzesandstudies，andputs forwardconcretesolutionsandconstructionmeasures toimprovethe levelofuning scholandthequalityofpersonneltrainingofChineselanguageandlieraturespecialty.TheChineseLanguageandLiterature majorof Hunan UniversityofHumanitiesandScienceandTechnologyhasputforwardthe"three-ability，four-driveandfive evaluation"aplication-orientedtalenttrainingmodebasedontheactualrunningofthemajor.Afteryearsofexploratioand practice，ithasachievedtheexpectededucationefectandgoodsocialresponse.Relevantexperiencehasbenusedforreference by some colleges and universities.

基于國(guó)家實(shí)施大學(xué)和學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)的重大改革以及地方院校的應(yīng)用型高校定位，本文對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下和“雙一流"建設(shè)背景下地方高校漢語言文學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)途徑進(jìn)行探討，經(jīng)過多年摸索和總結(jié)，提出“三能四驅(qū)五評(píng)價(jià)”育人模式。（剩余6082字）
