Abstract：Inresponsetotheshortageof talentsandpoorpracticalabilityinthearomahealthindustryinthe GuangdongHongKong-MacaoGreaterBayArea，andtheinabilitytomeettheincreasingdemandforcomprehensiveandspecilizedtalents， theDepartmentofFoodScienceandEngineringofGuangdongUniversityofTechnologycombinesitsadvantagesinaroma industryesearchformanyyears，integratestheresourcesofenterprises，governmentsandschols，andstablishesspecialclasses forthearomahealthindustryWiththegoalofcultivatinginnovativeandentrepreneurialtalentsinthefieldofaromahealth，this specialclassadoptsfouraspects：school-enterpriseplatformsharing，specializationandpersonalizationmodel，implementthe project-drivenmodelandschool-enterprisecocultirationmodetopromotetheimplementationofpracticalteachingwork，and strivetocultivatestudentswhoareprofiientinthewholearomaindustrialchain，anddiversfedaromaindustrytalentswoare specialized in key industrial links.
