Abstract:ArticialIntellgence(A)techologyisdrivingaprofoudtransfomationineducation.TheappicationofAItec nologyinundergraduateteachingwillbreakthetraditionalteacher-centeredapproachbringingewopportunitiesandchallenges forteachinginnovation.ThisstudysystematicallyexploresthecurrentaplicationofAItechnologyinundergraduatenution teaching,focusingonteanalysisofemergingtechnologiessuchaspersonalizedleaning,inteligentteachingplatforms,augmentedrealityandvirtualrealityechnologyinighereducationeaching.Itrevealstesignificantadvantagesofthsetecholgies inimprovingteachingqualityandstudentlearingoutcomesintermsofintellgenttutoring,clasroommanagement,andeiching leamingresources.BasedonthechallengesfacedbytheaplicationofAIinundergraduatenutritionteaching,suchasinsufficientteacherAIliteracyandimperfectasessmentandfedbackmechanisms,thisarticleproposesinnovativeapplicationpathsincludingtheconstructionofpersonalizedlearningand teachingdecision-making,AI-supportedinteractivelearningmodels,andthe development of AI-assisted intelligent teaching platforms.
