Abstract：WiththehelpoftheSuperstarLearningAPPteachingplatform，wepromotetheorganiccombinationof autonomousleaingandinformation-basedclasroomteachingintheblendedteachingofBiochemical SeparationandAnalysis Techniques.Moreover，withanorientationtowardsabilies，weconstructaprocess-basedasessentandevaluationsystemthat matchestheteaching.Thissystemnotonlyexaminesstudentsbasicknowledgebutalsoevaluatestheirabilitiesandscientific literacybymeansofquantitativeindicators，soastocomprehensivelyandmulti-dimensionallyconsiderstudents'learning achievementsPracticehasshownthatthisabilityorientedprocess-basedassessmentandevaluationsystemismoreconduciveto stimulatingstudentspotentialforautonomouslearning，cultivatinghigh-orderthinkingandscientificconcepts，enhancingteir sustainable development abilities，and improving theirabilities related to teamworkandsolving practical problems.
