Abstract：Thisstudyfocuses onthe Partybranches ofuniversity teachersinthenew era.Through aquestionairesurvey， thecurrentsituationofPartybranchconstructionandideologicalandpoliticaleducationamonguniversityteachersinthenewera isanalyzed，andthereasonsfortheproblemsareanalyzed.CombinedwiththepracticeofteacherPartybranchconstruction，the effectivepathofteacherPartybranchconstructionleadingideologicalandpoliticaleducationisexploredwhichhasiportant practicalsignificanceforimprovingtheideologicalandpoliticaleducationabilityofuniversityteachersandenhancigthe effectiveness of ideological and political education.
