Abstract：Graduatestudentsareanimportantchannelforcultivatingtop-notchinnovativetalentsinChina.Withtheintegrationofeducation，technology，andtalent，thecultivationofsienticadtechnologicalinnovationcapabilitiesamongengiring graduatestudentsurgentlyneedstobestrengthened.Thepoliticalnatureof Chineseuniveritiesandtheimportanttaskof Party buildinginuniversiesinthenewerarequirecloseintegrationbetweenuniversityPartybuildingandthecultivationofgraduate studentsscientificandtechnologicalinnovationcapabilities，inordertoimprovethequalityofgraduateeducationthroughhighqualityPartybuilding.UniversityPartybuildingcanempowergraduateeducationthrough"politcs，ideology，organization，and mechanism".TheSchoolofMechanicalEngineeringatYanshanUniversitydeplyintegratesPartybuildingwithgraduateeducationthrough"combiningpolticalguidancewithscientifcandtechnologicalinovationtraining，ideoogicaleducationwithacaemicresearch，organizationalconstructionwithplatformcreation，andPartybuildingactivitieswithservingsociety".Theadvantages ofPartybuildingaretransformedintoeducationaladvantages，andagraduateeducationandteachingmodelthatintegratessol， goverment，andenterpriseisexploredtopromotehig-qualityimprovementofgraduatestudentsscientificandtechnologicalinnovation capabilities.
