Abstract：Inrecentyears，theapplicationofonlineandofline hybridteachinginhighereducation teachinghasbecome increasinglypopular.Inordertounderstandtheimplementationandteachingefectofmixedteachinginscienceandtechnology courses，activelypromotetheteachingreformandimprovethequalityoftalenttraining，thispaperanalyzestheachievementsand existingproblemsintheexistingmixedteaching，anddiscuses theimprovement measuresThesurveyresultsshowthat45.4 percentofstudentsbelievethatonlineandoflinemixedteachingisbetterthantradionalteaching.75.4percentofthestudents believedthatmixedonlineandoflineteachingstimulatedstudentsleaminginitiative.Accordingtothesurveyresults，itis sugestedtocarryouttop-levelcoursedesigninthemixedteaching designacording tocoursecharacteristicsandteaching content，soastopromotetheefectiveconnectionofonlineandoflineteachingcontent；tolinkvariousteachingorganization formsandteachingresources，andtorealizethedoubleimprovementofprofesionalknowledgeandskillandideologicaland political education effect.
