Abstract：Asanimportantdiscipline，theinovationoftheresearchandeducationmodelforpostgraduatestudentsintraditional Chinesemedicine（TCM）hassignificantimplications.ThisarticleproposesaninovativeresearchandeducationmodelforTCM postgraduatestudentsbasedontheconceptofholistceducationIntermsofknowledgeandskilscultivationitemphasizesthe strengtheningofbasicoeticalkowledge，sellstimproveentofexperientalskildesearhetodolgalcatio Intermsofresearchliracyultivationtefocusisonfosteringresearchtinkingandinovativeconsciousne，aswellasietific ethicsandacademicnomsawarenes.Intsofacademicommunicationandcollborationcultivationstudentsareencouragedto participateinacademicconferencesandseminarsandtopromotecollborationandcommunicationwithmentorsandpeers.Next， strategiesandmethodsforimplementingtheinovationoftheresearchandeducationmodelforTCMpostgraduatestudentsare discusedTheroleandsponsibiltisfntorsaemphasidinludingispiringsdentssearchinterestsandotetals wellas providingresearchguidanceandsupportAtthesametime，reforms incuiculumdesignandteacingmethodsareproposed， includingtheintroductionofcoursesoncuting-edgeresearchtechnologiesandmethods，andtheimplementationofproblem-based andpracticalteachingmethods.Inaddion，studentsareencouragedtoengageinindependentlearingandpractice，participatein research projectsandlaboratorypractices，andprovidedwithresearchresourcesandplatformsupportThisresearchandeducation modelinovationbasedontheconceptofholisticeducationwillcontributetothecultivationofinnovativeandpracticalTCM postgraduate students，and promote the development and innovation of TCM.
