交叉學(xué)科研究生培養(yǎng)與改革探索

——以先進(jìn)裝備工程與技術(shù)為例

Abstract：Nowadays，thesocietyfacedproblemsarebecomingmoreandmorecomplicated，anditisdificulttoffectively andindependentlysolvethembyusingtheknowledgeofasinglediscipline.Therefore，thereisanurgentneedfor interdisciplinaryalentsnditisurgenttotraingaduatesudentswiththeablittosolecomplexproblemsinrossdisciples. Thispaperfirstanalyzesthecommonproblemsinthecourseseting，researchdirectionandtopicselectioninthecurrentproce of interdisciplinarygraduatetraining;Then，takingthenational"doublefirst-class"disciplineofadvancedequipmentginring andtechnologyofHebei UniversityofTechnologyasanexample，thispaperputsforwardsomemeasuresforthetrainingand reformofcross-disciplinarygraduatestudents，includingoptimzingtheteachingmodeandcurculumsetingofcossdisciplinary graduatestudentsandtakingtheconstructiondirectionof"doublefist-lasscros-disciplinaryasthetraiingdiretionof cross-disciplinarygadatestudents.Theestablishmentofhigh-levelinterdisciplinarytutorteams，interdisciplinaryplatforsand graduatestudentstrainingprojectsprovidesexcellntcariersforinterdisciplinaryintegrationandexploresacompositegaduate trainingmodelthatadaptstothenedsoftodayssocialdevelopment.Ithasimportantreferencevalueandsignfcancefor promotingthedevelopmentof interdisciplinarygraduateeducationandimprovingthequalityof interdisciplinarytalenttraining.
