食品檢測中生物技術(shù)的應(yīng)用探究
摘 要:食品安全屬于國家政府關(guān)注并重視的問題,為確保人們可以食用安全無污染的食品,必須要開展好食品檢測工作。借助于生物檢測技術(shù)可以降低檢測成本,提升檢測效率。因此本文結(jié)合筆者實(shí)際工作研究,探討了生物技術(shù)在食品檢測中的應(yīng)用。

Research on the Application of Biotechnology in Food Testing

Abstract: Food safety is an issue that the national government pays attention to. In order to ensure that people can eat safe and pollution-free food, food testing must be carried out well. With the help of biological detection technology, the detection cost can be reduced and the detection efficiency can be improved. Therefore, this paper discusses the application of biotechnology in food detection based on the author’s practical work.
