吉林省滿族傳統(tǒng)食品資源的現(xiàn)代化開發(fā)路徑研究

摘 要:本文以吉林省伊通滿族自治縣及省內(nèi)其他滿族自治鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的滿族聚居地居民為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分析滿族傳統(tǒng)食品種類以及食物資源來源方式,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探索其現(xiàn)代化開發(fā)路徑,為滿族傳統(tǒng)食品資源的現(xiàn)代化開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。

Research on Modernization Development Path of Manchu Traditional Food Resources in Jilin Province

Abstract: Taking the residents of Manchu settlements in Yitong Manchu Autonomous county of Jilin province and other Manchu autonomous towns in Jilin province as the survey objects, this paper analyzes the types of Manchu traditional food and the sources of food resources, and on this basis, explores the path of its modernization development, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the modernization development of Manchu traditional food resources.

吉林省是滿族的發(fā)源地,在長(zhǎng)期的歷史發(fā)展過程中,滿族形成了自己特有的文化傳統(tǒng),其中飲食文化極具特色,這與其民族生活方式及文化具有密切的關(guān)系,可以說,滿族飲食文化是滿族文化的縮影[1]。(剩余3612字)
