包裝飲用水中銅綠假單胞菌的污染情況分析
摘 要:本文概述了有關研究報告的包裝飲用水中銅綠假單胞菌污染的發(fā)生情況及可能造成的危害。針對銅綠假單胞菌的生物學特性,從基因層面分析其抗消毒劑、致病性和耐藥性原理,從飲用水微生物控制污染的觀點考慮列出重要的環(huán)節(jié)。

Analysis of Contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water

Abstract: This paper outlines the incidence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination of packaged drinking water and the possible hazards. In view of the biological characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the principles of anti-disinfectant, pathogenicity and drug resistance are analyzed from the genetic level, and important links are listed from the perspective of microbial pollution control in drinking water.

《食品安全國家標準 包裝飲用水》于2015年5月24日起正式實施,標準刪除了菌落總數、霉菌等項目,保留了大腸菌群檢驗項目的同時,新增了銅綠假單胞菌檢驗項目[1]。(剩余4437字)
