基于“1+X”證書(shū)制度的工業(yè)機(jī)器人專(zhuān)業(yè)“崗課賽證”融通模式研究

摘 要：本文分析了高職院校工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題提出了人才培養(yǎng)模式：依托產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院，傳承工匠精神；對(duì)接職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，重構(gòu)課程體系；聚焦技能大賽，提升職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。這促進(jìn)了工業(yè)機(jī)器人專(zhuān)業(yè)“崗課賽證”的融通，實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)機(jī)器人專(zhuān)業(yè)高端技術(shù)技能型人才的培養(yǎng)。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the development status of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges，and puts forward some suggestions to rely on Industrial College and inherit craftsman spirit；Docking professional standards and reconstructing curriculum system；Focusing on skill competition，improving professional quality and other talent training modes，promoted the integration of "post course competition certificate" of industrial robot specialty，and realized the training of highend technical and skilled talents of industrial robot specialty.
