高職高專大學(xué)生檔案管理問題及優(yōu)化路徑研究

摘 要：大學(xué)生檔案管理是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。大學(xué)生檔案不僅記錄學(xué)生在校期間的表現(xiàn)，還是其人事檔案構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)。在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代，高校更要重視大學(xué)生檔案管理工作，不斷創(chuàng)新檔案管理工作機(jī)制體制，實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生檔案資源的有效利用。
