摘 要 勞動素養(yǎng)是學(xué)生通過長期的勞動學(xué)習(xí)和實踐逐步形成的價值觀、必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力的綜合表現(xiàn)。教師應(yīng)該結(jié)合學(xué)科特點,立足教材,引入化學(xué)史,整合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立勞動觀念;立足知識,善用實驗,設(shè)計教學(xué)活動,引領(lǐng)學(xué)生感受勞動精神;立足學(xué)生,開展多樣化評價,結(jié)合評價與反饋,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的勞動能力。

Abstract Labor literacy is the comprehensive expression of students' values, essential qualities, and key abilities gradually formed through long-term labor learning and practice. Teachers should combine the characteristics of the subject, based on the teaching materials, introduce the history of chemistry, integrate the teaching content, and guide students to establish the concept of labor; Based on knowledge, make good use of experiments, design teaching activities, and guide students to experience the spirit of labor; Based on students, carry out diversified evaluations, combine evaluation and feedback, and cultivate students' labor ability.
