交流電傳動(dòng)重型軌道車轉(zhuǎn)向架構(gòu)架強(qiáng)度分析與研究

摘 要:為研究交流電傳動(dòng)重型軌道車轉(zhuǎn)向架構(gòu)架強(qiáng)度,利用有限元方法,針對(duì)電傳動(dòng)重型軌道車的轉(zhuǎn)向架運(yùn)用工況,對(duì)構(gòu)架進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度分析,并根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果優(yōu)化上蓋板結(jié)構(gòu),再次進(jìn)行靜強(qiáng)度及模態(tài)分析。結(jié)果表明:其滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及應(yīng)用需求。

Strength Analysis and Reserch on Bogie Frame of AC Transmission Heavy Rail Car
Abstract:To study the strength of the bogie frame of AC transmission heavy rail car, finite element method was applied to analyze the strength of the frame under the operating conditions of the bogie of the electric drive heavy rail motor car. The upper cover plate structure was optimized based on the calculation results, and static strength and modal analysis was performed again. The results showed that the relevant standards and application requirements were met.

近年來(lái)隨著國(guó)家對(duì)鐵路等基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的投資力度不斷加大,我國(guó)鐵路不斷建設(shè)和開(kāi)通運(yùn)營(yíng),鐵路工務(wù)系統(tǒng)在對(duì)鐵路維護(hù)配套設(shè)備的需求量增加的同時(shí)對(duì)其也提出了更高的要求[1]。(剩余2896字)
