冷噴涂技術(shù)在鈦合金表面改性中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:為探討冷噴涂技術(shù)在鈦合金表面改性中的應(yīng)用效果,針對(duì)鈦合金的表面高活性和難加工性的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究,對(duì)冷噴涂沉積工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并提出鈦合金表面改性的新方案。闡述冷噴涂技術(shù)在鈦合金涂層制備、性能提升以及復(fù)合技術(shù)方面的研究成果,并展望其未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。

Application of Cold Spray Technology in Surface Modification of Titanium Alloys
Abstract:This review discusses the application of cold spray technology in the surface modification of titanium alloys,studies the high reactivity and processing difficulties of titanium alloy surface, optimizes the cold spray coating process, and proposesa new solution for surface modification of titanium alloys. The research progress in the preparation of coatings, performance enhancement,and composite technologies on titanium alloys using cold spray technology are elaborated and their future development directions are prospected as well.
