盾構(gòu)機(jī)前盾翻身吊裝靜力學(xué)分析與研究

摘 要:以盾構(gòu)機(jī)前盾為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其翻身吊裝進(jìn)行受力分析和研究,推導(dǎo)出各個(gè)吊繩的受力函數(shù)和變化規(guī)律,并得出各個(gè)吊耳的受力函數(shù)。利用ANSYS Workbench軟件對(duì)各個(gè)吊耳施加載荷函數(shù),進(jìn)行有限元靜力學(xué)仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了各個(gè)吊耳的強(qiáng)度和剛度滿足使用要求,為盾體等大型設(shè)備的翻身吊裝提供參考計(jì)算方法。

Static Analysis and Research on Turnover Lifting of Front Shield of Shield Machine
Abstract:Taking the front shield of shield machine as the research object, analyzes and studies its turnover hoisting stress, deduces the stress function and change law of each lifting rope and obtains the force function of each lifting lug. The load function of each lifting lug is applied by using the ANSYS Workbench software, and the finite element static simulation analysis is carried out, which verifies that the strength and stiffness of each lifting lug meet the use requirements and provides a reference calculation method for the turnover hoisting of large equipment such as shield.
