基于學(xué)生心理需求的大學(xué)思政教育個性化教學(xué)方法研究

摘 要 文章從當(dāng)前大學(xué)思政教育的現(xiàn)狀與所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)出發(fā)，關(guān)注學(xué)生心理需求的多樣性和思政教育方法的創(chuàng)新。文章首先分析大學(xué)生在求知欲、自我實現(xiàn)、社交需求以及情感認(rèn)同等方面的心理需求，以需求和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向，提出幾種個性化的思政教育方法，旨在更好地滿足學(xué)生的心理需求，提升思想政治教育的實效性和針對性。

Research on Personalized Teaching Methods for College Ideological and

Political Education Based on Students' Psychological Needs

Abstract Starting from the current situation and challenges of ideological and political education in higher education， this article pays special attention to the diversity of students' psychological needs and the innovation of ideological and political education methods. The article first analyzes the psychological needs of college students in terms of thirst for knowledge， self-actualization， social needs， and emotional identification. Guided by these needs and training objectives， several personalized ideological and political education methods are proposed to better meet students' psychological needs and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
