摘 要 文章闡述了開(kāi)放大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵，包括其定義與特征、組成要素以及目標(biāo)與任務(wù)，分析了開(kāi)放大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)面臨的技術(shù)、人員和管理層面的挑戰(zhàn)，并針對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn)提出了技術(shù)提升、人員管理和管理創(chuàng)新等方面的對(duì)策，以期為開(kāi)放大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)提供有益參考和借鑒。

The Connotation， Challenges and Countermeasures of Building Online

Teaching Teams in Open Universities

Abstract This article elaborates on the connotation of building an open university online teaching team， including its definition and characteristics， constituent elements， as well as goals and tasks. Analyzed the technical， personnel， and management challenges faced by the construction of open university online teaching teams. And propose countermeasures in terms of technological improvement， personnel management， and management innovation to address these challenges， in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for the construction of online teaching teams in open universities.
