產(chǎn)教融合視角下職業(yè)教育校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘 要 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和技術(shù)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步,企業(yè)對(duì)職業(yè)技能人才的需求日益增長,傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)模式已難以滿足現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的多元化需求。文章通過對(duì)產(chǎn)教融合視角下職業(yè)教育校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式的分析,找出當(dāng)前所存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,以期為產(chǎn)教融合視角下職業(yè)教育校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)化提供指導(dǎo)。

Research on the Training Mode of Vocational Education School Enterprises
under the Perspective of Production and Education Integration

Abstract With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of technology, the demand of enterprises for vocational skills talents is increasing day by day. The traditional talent training mode has been difficult to meet the diversified needs of modern industrial development. Based on the analysis of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration, this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions, so as to provide guidance for the optimization of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration.
