熱處理設備課程思政探索與實踐

摘  要：為實現(xiàn)立德樹人根本任務，該文就熱處理設備課程思政進行探索與實踐。充分挖掘課程中蘊含的課程思政元素，對課程思政教學內(nèi)容進行設計，凝練部分課程思政典型案例，實現(xiàn)教書育人的目標，有力支撐熱處理設備省一流課程的建設。

Abstract： In order to realize the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talent， this paper explores and practices the ideological and political education of the course Heat Treatment Equipment. The ideological and political elements contained in the course were explored， the ideological and political teaching content were designed， some typical cases of the course were summed up. The goal of teaching and educating people were realized. These strongly supported the construction of the provincial first-class course of Heat Treatment Equipment.

熱處理設備是材料類專業(yè)一門重要的專業(yè)必修課，通過該課程的學習，學生掌握各種常用熱處理設備的傳熱原理，具備識別熱處理設備結構和計算熱處理設備散熱損失的能力;熟悉各種熱處理設備的特點及適用性，具備識別及根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實際合理選擇熱處理設備的能力;掌握常用熱處理電阻爐的設計步驟及方法，具備根據(jù)技術要求進行常用熱處理電阻爐的基本設計能力。（剩余4868字）
