海藻糖制備方法及應(yīng)用研究概述
摘 要:海藻糖為一種性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定且不具有還原性的功能糖,具有保護(hù)生物活性物質(zhì)的特殊功能,在各行各業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛,且具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文主要綜述了目前海藻糖的制備方法和海藻糖的應(yīng)用研究,探討了海藻糖的發(fā)展動態(tài)及應(yīng)用前景,以供相關(guān)人員參考。

Review on Preparation and Application of Trehalose

Abstract: Trehalose is a stable and non reducing functional sugar with special functions of protecting bioactive substances. It is widely used in various industries and has broad development prospects. In this paper, the preparation methods of trehalose and the application of trehalose were reviewed, and the development trend and application prospect of trehalose were discussed, for reference by relevant personnel.

海藻糖是由兩個(gè)葡萄糖分子以α-1,1糖苷鍵構(gòu)成的非還原性糖,性質(zhì)很穩(wěn)定,屬于一種功能性糖,它具有保護(hù)生物活性物質(zhì)的特殊功能,能很好地保護(hù)細(xì)胞和營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu),使生物體在極端異常情況下,仍能保持生命活力[1]。(剩余6389字)
