武術訓練與飲食搭配對運動員體能的影響
摘 要:本文深入分析武術訓練的基礎要素和飲食搭配的營養(yǎng)學基礎,發(fā)現合理的飲食搭配能有效提升武術訓練的體能效果,而武術訓練又能促進運動員對飲食中營養(yǎng)物質的吸收與利用。為提升運動員的體能和表現,必須綜合考慮武術訓練與飲食搭配的綜合效益,并制訂相應的訓練與飲食計劃。

The Influence of Martial Arts Training and Diet on Athletes’ Physical Fitness

Abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis of the basic elements of martial arts training and the nutritional basis of dietary combinations. It is found that a reasonable dietary combination can effectively improve the physical fitness effect of martial arts training, while martial arts training can promote athletes to absorb and utilize nutrients in their diet. To improve the physical fitness and performance of athletes, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the comprehensive benefits of martial arts training and dietary coordination, and formulate corresponding training and dietary plans.
