茶葉中霉菌污染和檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)的研究
摘 要:茶葉從原料采摘、加工到貯存運(yùn)輸?shù)雀鱾€(gè)環(huán)節(jié)均存在霉菌污染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文對(duì)茶葉中霉菌污染的來(lái)源、種類及相關(guān)檢測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜述,旨在為開(kāi)發(fā)茶葉中霉菌檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)和提升茶葉品質(zhì)提供參考。

Research on Contamination and Detection of Mould in Tea

Abstract: There is a risk of mold contamination in all aspects of tea, from raw material picking, processing to storage and transportation. This article provides a review of the sources, types, and related detection techniques of mold contamination in tea, aiming to provide reference for the development of mold detection techniques in tea and the improvement of tea quality.
