液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)在食品獸藥殘留檢測中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:本文簡要介紹液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)的原理、特點(diǎn)及液質(zhì)聯(lián)用系統(tǒng)的組成,并重點(diǎn)論述該技術(shù)在食品中不同種類獸藥殘留檢測中的具體應(yīng)用情況,如抗生素類、激素類、驅(qū)蟲藥類等,旨在為食品獸藥殘留檢測工作的開展提供技術(shù)支持和經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。

Study on the Application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology in the Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Food

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the principle, characteristics of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and the composition of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system, and focuses on the specific application of this technology in the detection of different kinds of veterinary drug residues in food, such as antibiotics, hormones, deworming drugs, etc., in order to provide technical support and experience reference for the detection of veterinary drug residues in food.
