食品微生物檢測技術(shù)在餐飲行業(yè)中的應用
摘 要:本文分析了餐飲行業(yè)開展食品微生物檢測在預防食源性疾病、監(jiān)控加工質(zhì)量以及維護行業(yè)形象等方面的重要性。分析認為,目前餐飲行業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)雖應用了微生物檢測技術(shù),但仍存在不足。基于此,提出加強技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)、科學制訂檢測策略、完善設備維護制度和加強人員培訓體系等措施建議,以推動餐飲行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。

The Application of Food Microorganism Detection Technology in the Catering Industry

Abstract: This paper analyzes the importance of food microbiological testing in the catering industry to prevent food-borne diseases, monitor processing quality and maintain industry image. According to the analysis, although microbial detection technology has been applied in all aspects of the catering industry at present, there are still shortcomings. Based on this, measures and suggestions such as strengthen technological innovation research and development, scientifically formulate testing strategies, improve equipment maintenance system and strengthen personnel training system are proposed, in order to promote the healthy development of the catering industry.
