摘 要:本文以工業(yè)染料類、非食用添加劑類、藥物殘留類等食品非法添加化學(xué)成分為切入點,分析了化學(xué)成分非法添加的場景及其對人體的危害,深入探討了光譜分析法、色譜分析法、免疫分析法和生物傳感器法等檢測技術(shù)的檢測原理以及優(yōu)缺點,旨在為保障食品安全提供有力的技術(shù)支撐。

Research on the Detection Technology of Illegally Added Chemical Components in Food

Abstract: Taking the illegally added chemical components in food, such as industrial dyes, non-edible additives, and drug residues as the starting point, this paper analyzes the illegal addition of chemical components scenarios and the harm to human body. Moreover, it deeply discusses the detection principles as well as the advantages and disadvantages of detection techniques including spectral analysis, chromatographic analysis, immunoassay, and biosensor method, aiming to provide strong technical support for ensuring food safety.
