氣相色譜法在食用菌農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:本文分析了氣相色譜法在食用菌農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,探討了檢測中存在的問題,包括樣品前處理復(fù)雜、設(shè)備維護(hù)要求高、檢測人員能力不足等。并針對這些問題提出優(yōu)化前處理方式、合理選擇并維護(hù)設(shè)備、加強(qiáng)人員培訓(xùn)等措施,旨在提升氣相色譜法在食用菌農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。

Research on the Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Edible Fungi

Abstract: This article analyzes the current application status of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungi, explores the problems existing in the detection, including complex sample pretreatment, high equipment maintenance requirements, and insufficient testing personnel capabilities. In response to these problems, measures such as optimizing pretreatment methods, selecting and maintaining equipment reasonably, and strengthening personnel training are proposed to improve the accuracy and reliability of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungi.
