摘 要：氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)具有高效分離、多組分同時檢測等特點，在食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測領域應用潛力巨大。本文重點介紹氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)在食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中的應用要點和實際應用案例，為食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測工作的開展提供借鑒和技術(shù)支持。

Abstract： Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has the characteristics of high efficiency separation and simultaneous detection of multiple components， and has great application potential in the field of pesticide residue detection in food. This paper focuses on the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in the detection of food pesticide residues and practical application cases， to provide reference and technical support for the detection of food pesticide residues.
