食品溯源系統(tǒng)在保障食品安全中的作用探討

摘 要：本文闡述了食品溯源系統(tǒng)在源頭管控、過(guò)程監(jiān)控、流向追蹤和消費(fèi)端保障等方面的重要功能，分析了當(dāng)前食品溯源系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用面臨的數(shù)據(jù)采集難度大、建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本較高及復(fù)合型食品溯源管理人才短缺等挑戰(zhàn)，提出統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)采集標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、加大資金投入以及加強(qiáng)食品溯源人員綜合素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的措施，提升了食品溯源系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果。

Discussion on the Role of Food Traceability System in Ensuring Food Safety

Abstract： This article elaborates on the important functions of the food traceability system in source control， process monitoring， flow tracing， and consumer protection. It analyzes the challenges faced by the current application of the food traceability system， such as the difficulty of data collection， high construction and operation costs， and shortage of talent in complex food traceability management. Measures are proposed to unify data collection standards， increase funding investment， and strengthen the comprehensive literacy training of food traceability personnel， thereby improving the application effectiveness of the food traceability system.
