食品中甜味劑的檢測方法研究
摘 要:甜味劑作為賦予食品甜味的重要添加劑,廣泛應(yīng)用于各類食品中。然而,部分人工合成甜味劑與健康問題存在關(guān)聯(lián),因此對其進行準確、快速檢測至關(guān)重要。本文綜述了食品中甜味劑的檢測方法,包括光譜檢測法、電化學(xué)檢測法、氣相色譜法、離子色譜法和高效液相色譜法,以期為食品中甜味劑的安全監(jiān)管提供技術(shù)參考。

Research on the Detection Method of Sweeteners in Food

Abstract: As an important additive to sweetening food, sweetener is widely used in all kinds of food. However, some artificial sweeteners have been linked to health problems, so accurate and rapid testing for them is critical. This paper reviews the detection methods of sweeteners in food, including spectral detection, electrochemical detection, gas chromatography, ion chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, in order to provide technical reference for the safety monitoring of sweeteners in food.
