三級跳遠運動員合理膳食營養(yǎng)研究
摘 要:三級跳遠是田徑運動中一項由跑、跳、躍相結合的運動項目,對運動員的速度、力量、協(xié)調(diào)性、技術要求極高。合理的膳食能夠為三級跳遠運動員提供充足的能量和營養(yǎng),支持其高強度訓練和比賽,提升運動表現(xiàn)。本文根據(jù)三級跳遠運動員的運動特點,深入探究三級跳遠運動員所需的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),并提出合理膳食建議。

Study on the Rational Dietary Nutrition of Triple Jumpers

Abstract: The triple jump is a sport in track and field that consists of a combination of running, jumping and leaping, which requires high speed, strength, coordination and technique from athletes. Reasonable diet can provide sufficient energy and nutrition for triple jump athletes to support their high-intensity training and competitions and enhance their sports performance. According to the sports characteristics of triple jump athletes, this paper explores the nutrients required by triple jump athletes and puts forward reasonable dietary suggestions.
