葵花籽的保鮮技術(shù)及影響因素
摘 要:葵花籽以其粒大飽滿、營養(yǎng)價(jià)值高而深受人們喜愛,但易受到氧化作用和微生物影響而使其新鮮度降低。優(yōu)化保鮮技術(shù)及儲存條件可有效延長葵花籽新鮮度并保持口感及營養(yǎng)價(jià)值。因此,本文介紹了氣調(diào)包裝及抗氧化劑在葵花籽保鮮中的應(yīng)用,分析了溫度、濕度、光照等因素對葵花籽質(zhì)量的影響,并提出了相應(yīng)控制策略。

Preservation Technology and Influencing Factors of Sunflower Seeds

Abstract: Sunflower seeds are loved by people for their large and plump grains and high nutritional value, but they are susceptible to oxidation and microbial effects, which can reduce their freshness. Optimizing preservation techniques and storage conditions can effectively prolong the freshness of sunflower seeds while maintaining their taste and nutritional value. Therefore, this article introduces the application of modified atmosphere packaging and antioxidants in the preservation of sunflower seeds, analyzes the influence of factors such as temperature, humidity, and light on the quality of sunflower seeds, and proposes corresponding control strategies.
