Abstract: With the continuous improvement of product quality and safety requirements in the food industry, the traditional weight measurement methods are gradually exposed to the problem of insufficient accuracy and inefficiency. This paper introduces the basic principle and application background of comparative measurement technology, expounds the influencing factors and necessity of food weight standardization, analyzes the application scenarios of comparative measurement technology in food weight standardization, and summarizes the advantages and limitations of comparative measurement technology.
