新工科背景下金屬材料人才培養(yǎng)模式改革與實(shí)踐
——以江西理工大學(xué)為例
摘 要 基于新工科建設(shè)對卓越人才培養(yǎng)提出的新要求,文章以江西理工大學(xué)為例,分析了金屬材料類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題,探索金屬材料特色人才培養(yǎng)模式改革與實(shí)踐。江西理工大學(xué)提出的“一引領(lǐng)·雙驅(qū)動(dòng)·三融合”的金屬材料特色人才培養(yǎng)模式,為新工科背景下地方高校構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式提供了有益參考。

under the Background of New Engineering
——Taking Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example

Abstract Based on the new requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines for the cultivation of outstanding talents, this article takes Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the problems in the cultivation of talents in the field of metal materials, and explore the reform and practice of the characteristic talent cultivation mode for metal materials. The "one leading, dual driving, and three integrating" metal material characteristic talent training model proposed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology provides useful reference for local universities to build an industry university research applied talent training model under the background of new engineering.
