航空裝備理實一體化教學(xué)改革研究

摘 要 文章研究了軍士職業(yè)教育中航空裝備類課程的理實一體化教學(xué)改革，詳細(xì)論述了航空裝備理實一體化教學(xué)過程中存在的問題、教學(xué)模式、典型教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)策略，對開展航空裝備理實一體化教學(xué)改革，提高軍士裝備實踐能力，滿足崗位需要具有一定的借鑒意義。

Abstract This paper studies the teaching reform of the integration of science and practice in the aviation equipment course of the non-commissioned vocational education， this paper discusses in detail the problems， teaching models， typical teaching methods and teaching strategies existing in the teaching process of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment， and carries out the teaching reform of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment， it is significant to improve the practical ability of sergeant's equipment to meet the post needs.

1 航空裝備教學(xué)中存在的問題

1.1 教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊，教材更新不及時

航空裝備類課程教材大多以原理、結(jié)構(gòu)等理論性知識為主要內(nèi)容，缺乏對航空裝備相關(guān)作業(yè)技術(shù)要求的補(bǔ)充，對學(xué)員實踐操作的指導(dǎo)性較弱，這也間接導(dǎo)致教員的教學(xué)偏理論講解，實踐教學(xué)較少。（剩余4530字）
